 nnual Spring Welcoming event at the Four Sisters Urban Farm!\nWe will ce
 lebrate the upcoming growing season with food from Las Cuatro Milpas foo
 d truck\, music\, fun activities from several other community organizati
 ons\, and seedlings to give away grown in partnership with Dream of Wild
  Health.\n\nWe will also hear from candidates for the East Phillips Impr
 ovement Coalition board as they kick off their voting process.\nCome enj
 oy being in community as we get our gardens started and welcome spring!\

 veaway\, food and music\n\nAbout EPIC: The East Phillips Improvement Coa
 lition (EPIC) exists to promote the social health of the East Phillips c
 ommunity by supporting members of the community in conversations and wor
 k towards improving the quality of housing\, schooling\, employment\, re
 creation\, day care\, environment\, health\, and neighborhood service.\n
 \nIn partnership with Four Sisters\, we are holding our annual board ele
 ction on May 18th starting at 11AM. The EPIC's board responsibilities ar
 e to support and guide EPIC staff on projects\, goals\, initiatives\, ev
 ents and sponsorships\; to attend monthly board meetings and community m
 eetings\; and to support the social health of the organizations and peop
 le in the East Phillips neighborhood.\n\nWe welcome anyone who lives\, w
 orks\, or owns property in the East Phillips neighborhood to run for the
  board. If you are interested in learning more or running for the electi
 on you can fill out this form. You can also run from the floor – so if
  you decide on May 18th that you would like to run\, you're welcome to!
