Help Me Grow is an opportunity for families with children aged birth to 5 years old to get connected with referrals if they suspect that their child may have a disability or delay. Help Me Grow offers materials and resources for families and educators about developmental milestones, parenting tips, developmentally appropriate children’s books, Facebook informational sessions, etc. Our goal at Help Me Grow is to locate children that need a referral as soon as possible so they are able to receive the services and supports needed in order to thrive.
