UMOMS is an outpatient treatment center for pregnant and postpartum/parenting/mothers women. UMOMS offers transportaton, MAT services, Culturally focused approaches/curriculum. Individualized therapy, mental health services, addiction services, parenting, group therapy, connection to culture and ceremonies and child care support on site, peer support services, treatment coordination and rule 25’s onsite.
