Perennial specializes in full-service management of affordable housing rental properties.
These services include budgeting and accounting, marketing, leasing, maintenance, and oversight of the real estate and staff. Perennial Management has a staff committed to providing excellent services to meet the goals of property owners.
We also strive to provide the best environment for the tenants living in the properties we manage. Specialized services are also provided for affordable housing programs, including Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), and Section 8 subsidies, as well as special programs through HUD, State, County and City agencies.
These services entail both the income eligibility of rental applicants and the specialized reporting required by monitoring agencies. Accounting services and compliance consulting services are also available to selected clients.
